Build code for a different CPU than your laptop

Sets up a cross-compilation toolchain (GCC, sysroot, pkg-config) so you can compile for ARM, RISC-V, MIPS, or other architectures from your x86-64 machine. Includes QEMU testing.

Best for: Embedded engineers building firmware or OS images for hardware they don't have sitting in front of them.
