user explicitly opts out for the current project or session.

Before doing that work, read [glossary-format.md](glossary-format.md)
and apply it.

Read and apply project instructions such as `AGENTS.md` when present.

This skill defines the project glossary format. It does not decide
whether project glossary work is required.

Do not use this skill for non-AsciiDoc project glossaries unless the
user explicitly asks to migrate or override the project policy.
