Live artifacts

A document that keeps itself up to date by pulling from the apps you've connected — instead of a report that's stale the day after.

Use it for: A week-at-a-glance page built from your calendar. A running list of emails still waiting on your reply.

When to reach for it

• Information you check repeatedly — not a report you generate once.
• The answer keeps changing — inbox state, this week's calendar, open tickets.
• One page instead of four apps open every morning.

How to use it

• Connect your apps first — Customize → Connectors (Gmail, calendar, and so on). Live artifacts feed on them.
• Create one — Live artifacts → New artifact. Start from a template — “Week at a glance”, “Unread email digest”, “What needs my attention” — or describe your own.
• Keep it open — it updates from the live data instead of going stale.
